  • Use the green yarn, and start with the foundation chain: ch50
  • Row 1: From the 2nd stitch of the hook, work the following stitches: 3 sc, 3 hdc, 3 dc, (Use stitch marker) 30 tr, 3 dc, 3 hdc, 3 sc, 3 sc in the last stitch. (Now working on the other side of the base chain) 3 sc, 3 hdc, 3 dc, 30 tr, 3 dc, 3 hdc, 3 sc, and 1 ss.
  • Row 2: Ch 1, add wire, 6 sc, 6 hdc, 3 dc, (Use stitch marker) 20 tr, 3 dc, 6 hdc, 5 sc, 3 sc in the last stitch. (Now working on the other side of the base chain) 5 sc, 6 hdc, 3 dc, 20 tr, 3 dc, 6 hdc, 6 sc, and 1 ss. Cut the yarn and leave a long tail.
  • Row 3: Use the white yarn, join the yarn in the 1st stitch, ch1, sc 10, sc 10, and 1 hdc spike stitch in the same stitch. Repeat this in each stitch until the end, then 1 ss to finish. Cut the yarn and weave it until the end.

How to Assemble This Large Leaf with Long Stem

  • Step 1: Get the flower and weave it tightly with the yarn until in the middle of the flower rod.
  • Step 2: Then place the flower rod at the back of the leaf.
