Step by Step Crochet Rabbit Patterns

Body of Crochet Rabbit:

• R1: start with 8 sc in magic ring. 1 ss, 1 ch
• R2-4: 8 sc, 1 ss, 1 ch ( This leg work to R4 finish, cut yarn first, leaving about 5cm of tail. The second leg to work R4 finished, don’t cut yarn, connect with the first leg to work 1 ch)
• R5: 4 sc, 2 sc in next st, 8 sc, 2 sc in next st, 4 sc, 1 ss, 1 ch [20]
• R6-9: 20 sc, 1 ss, 1 ch [20]
• R10: 4 sc, sc2tog, 8 sc, sc2tog, 4 sc, 1 ss, 1 ch [18] add fiberfill
• R11: ( 1 sc, sc2tog ) * 6 times, 1 ss, 1 ch [12]
• R12: ( 1 sc, sc2tog, 1 sc ) * 3times, 1 ss, 1 ch. [9] (don’t cut yarn)

Make 2 Feet of Crochet Rabbit:

• R2-5: 6 sc, 1 ss, 1 ch [6]
• R6: R6: Fold in half, and work 3 sc. cut and leave a tail

Make 2 Ears of Crochet Rabbit:

• Start with the foundation chain: 16 ch.
• R1: from 2nd st of hook, 4 sc, 4 hdc, 6 dc, ( in the same st, 6 dc), 6 dc, 4 hdc, 4 sc. 1 ss, 1 ch. cut and leave a tail [34]

Crochet Rabbit’s Pink Scarf:

• Start with the foundation chain: 40 ch
• Insert your hook behind the first stitch vertical bar in the chain below: 1 ss, 39 sc. cut and weave the ends

Assemble Crochet Rabbit

• Wow, as what we have told you, it will only took less of your time that’s why we will be heading on how we can assemble rabbit pieces. You must have these parts before we proceed:
• Body
• 2 feet
• 2 Ears
• Pink Scarf
• 6.0 mm Safety Eyes
• Hot Melt Adhesive

Let’s put the pieces all together!

• Step 1. Grab the body of the bunny and get the two hands. Sew each of it on the right and left side of the neck part of body and secure it with hot melt adhesive.
• Step 2. Get the ears and sew them between the R19 and R20 of the head. Again, secure it with hot melt adhesive.
• Step 3. Get scrap black yarn, and sew a smiley mouth for your bunny. Sew it in the 15th row, middle part of the face.
• Step 4. On the R16, attach the safety eyes with 3 stitches in between.
• Step 5. Tie the pink scarf on the neck of your bunny. One thing we like about this is you can create more color variations for the scarf of bunny so you can change it whenever you want!
