Start with a magic ring.

R1: 3 ch, 10 dc in the ring.

R2: 1 ss, 3 ch, 7 popcorn stitches, 3 ch, 1 ss, 1 ch

R3: In the middle of the 3rd and 4th set of popcorn stitch on R2: 3 ch, 1 popcorn stitch.

Then in the middle of the 4th and 5th set of popcorn stitch: 1 popcorn stitch, 3 ch, 1 ss, 1 ch.

R4: In the middle of popcorn stitch on R3: 1 popcorn stitch, 3 ch, 1 ss, 1 ch.

Grape Leaf: ( green )

start with 4 ch in a magic ring

Then from 2nd st of hook: 3 sc, 1 ss, 3 ch, 1 dc, 3 ch, 1 ss, repeat 3 times.

Assemble:

Use hot melt adhesive to stick the leaf to the grape.
